Regina Dickson is a new addition to our team. Regina became passionate about home health care when she was taking care of a loved one herself and came to our team during her search from a home health care provider. Regina graduated from Indiana University with a degree in sociology. She keeps busy as a mother of two sons. Her oldest son is a student at Indiana State University and her youngest is a track star at Zionsville High School. Regina is engaged to James White, who she will marry in December.

Home Services Unlimited is happy to announce the engagement of Natalie Richardson, our Director of Quality Improvement, who is to marry this month in Las Vegas.
Kimber Bacewic recently graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Psychology. She is our first referral intake coordinator and, despite her many duties, finds time to call patients and follow-up on how they're doing after discharge. When she's not at work ensuring patient satisfaction, she spends time practicing martial arts and is a black belt in a form of karate known as kyokushin.

Home Services Unlimited is proud to announce that we have been rated by Home Health Compare, a national database of home health providers' performance as the number one provider in the atea for reduction of pain associated with mobility. According to Home Health Compare's data, 82% of HSU patients report "less pain when moving around." The geographic peer group included 22 different home health care providers.

We have recently added a Director of Quality Improvement Services and a Community Liaison to our staff. Natalie and Courtney have been wonderful to work with. They both look forward to working with you and your family.
Natalie (Richardson) Mergell
Home Services Unlimited is pleased to welcome Natalie (Richardson) Mergell to our team as Director of Quality Improvement Services. Formerly the Director of Nursing at her previous place of employment, Natalie has been an R.N. for 13 years. She received her nursing degree from Vincennes University and has worked for an orthopedic surgeon and spent five years specializing in cardiac care in a hospital setting.
Interested in a new nursing challenge, Natalie decided to work in home health care. The switch seems to have paid off, according to Natalie, who says that she loves home health care and finds helping others in their own homes to be very rewarding. "There is a much different nurse/patient relationship in the home setting and you can really effect all aspects of the patients' health, well being and independence," says Natalie.
Natalie joined the Home Services Unlimited team at the start of September. Dissatisfied with an organization she did not believe in, Natalie says she was led to HSU by its "excellent reputation and patient outcomes."
Courtney Copeland
It is our pleasure to welcome Courtney Copeland to Home Services Unlimited, who assumed the position of Community Liaison in early October. Though young, Courtney has already gathered experience working in home healthcare after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor's of Science in Audiology/Speech Studies. Courtney loves the sales component of her job, but the hands-on patient interaction is what really drives her. Courtney understands, first-hand, the importance of home healthcare. Before entering the field herself, she saw how home healthcare helped a sick member of her own family.
After working in home healthcare for about a year, Courtney was able to see "the true differences between agencies," she says. Courtney explains why she chose to become a member of HSU's team: "Promoting homecare is not like selling a pen, or even a drug that you know works the same way every time. You are offering a service and you have to believe in the staff that you are selling to people. HSU truly has some of the best staff in the industry. A company can purchase all the technologies in the world, but if you don't have fabulous staff, none of that matters."
