HSU Teams with Food Pantry to Help During COVID-19 Pandemic

Home Services Unlimited (HSU) is rapidly mobilizing to meet the needs of its community. Over several weeks, HSU has combined forces with Pike Medical Consultants, Team Rehab, and Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center to improve health in Pike Township.

We have mobilized our resources to address the role of hunger in health status. Home Services Unlimited is pleased to support the Indy Hunger Network food pantry sponsored by Fay Biccard Glick Center in the delivery of food to our most vulnerable and homebound senior community neighbors. HSU has organized a Collection Food Drive for the Indy Hunger Network. We are also donating staff to assist in deliveries to the homebound recognizing the extreme hardship vulnerable individuals face resulting from limited or no access to vital support.

On behalf of the Indy Hunger Network and Fay Biccard Glick Center, HSU is accepting donations of canned and packaged food and personal items…
(items of greatest need marked with *):

  • Dish Soap*
  • Body Soap*
  • Toilet Paper*
  • Canned Tomato Sauce*
  • Rice
  • Potato flakes
  • Canned meats
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cereals

Please feel free to drop off any donated items to the HSU office located at 7750 N. Michigan Road during business hours (8 am – 5 pm). Please join us in this important project. All business donors will be acknowledged.

We would also be delighted to add any homebound seniors to our roster. If there are any seniors in need of food, services or resources please contact Joy Jones with Home Services Unlimited (317) 909-2290. We remain committed to working together to maximize resources ensuring neighborhood seniors receive critical support.
